I have received calls at my home land line number as well as my mobile . However I do not answer these types of call numbers . My real complaint is that I have a new number as my old number is now my business line , they do not ring that though just my new one and no one has been given that apart from family and close friends !!So how did they get it ?

Said they were in my town (I live 200 miles from London) and they were doing energy saving. Asked if it was a "Green Deal" they said it was. Told them my opinion of it...

I received a call but didn t get to phone in time to answer it. Didn t recognise number. Tried 1471 to be told "the number you have dialled has not been recognised. Please check and try again". Obviously a scam.

This number called 3 times today someone claiming to be Dave from Windows Technical. We hung up first time then my wife answered and said thank you for your concern and how kind he was for notifying her there was a problem she would take the computer into the shop. Third time I answered and he said my computer ewas at risk as it had been hacked and my life could be in danger. Apparently i was implicated in a car accident flowing the person who called me from this number, but I was at home all day.

They keep calling asking for Miss Pearson, who does not exist on this number. I have made a formal complaint to the Information Commissioners offier regarding data protection. All in Hand, perfect,happy now..
