Had a call from a rude obnoxious caller suggesting I could claim compensation for a non existing RTA Read elsewhere the ripoff cost of calling them to complain.

this company just rang and rang and rang, even when i asked them why they were calling me 4-5 times each day the caller just laughed and hung up - i just blocked the number after a few days had enough of the rude callers.

When I phoned them they said the company was RED STAR asking if I had credit problems.

This is PwC (Price Waterhouse Cooper) conducting a survey. Pretty harmless but annoying at the same time. Just say you arent interested and get them to delete your number. Also, ask where they got your number and give them a good drilling as to where as they feed you some lies...

Dodgy sounding robot voice threating to arrest me for tax fraud if i didn't press 1. Hung up. suspected scam

Came up as potential fraud. Didn t answer it and they left a muffled voice mail. Wont be returning the call.

Received an urgent sounding recorded message, claiming to be British Gas and asking us to call 01216290765. Spoke to BG, and they have confirmed that THIS IS A SCAM, as they would never contact customers in such a manner.

Called me at 11:25 pm Wednesday 30th. September. I did not reply as it was an unknown number to me. I assumed it was a miscall.

Didn t recognise number so did not answer. I tried calling back with withheld number but got put on hold and gave up waiting for someone. Think i ll add to block list with the other jokers

Been called by these people 4 times this week .they say their a finance business looking for someone. the guy seemed nice and professional but gave me the wrong details. so i dont know if their legit or not.(i did'nt share any of my details with him though just to be safe).

Like all the other comments, this was a recorded message claiming to be from Inland Revenue (I should have smelled a rat immediately at that point - it s HMRC now...) and that I was being sued. Brain not in gear, and in panic, dialled 1, but silence at the other end, then call terminated. I am now so angry. When I answered, an Indian man asked me how I was! Said he was from Perfect Preferences and told me it wasn t a sales call. Quoted my name, phone number and address and asked me to confirm them. I told him I wouldn t as I didn t know who I was talking to. He asked for two minutes of my time and when I told him No he banged the phone down.

As soon as he started to speak l hung up he then continually called me each time l declined the call on my mobile ... He called so many times ..whilst at work I blocked the number .. Harassed continually by them ...don t answer the call in fact block the number if you can
