Very dangerous. Auto message claiming to be bank fraud office and advising 3 suspect transactions. Asked to press 1 if ok, 3 if not. Did not even give name of the bank! Red flag that auto - they always talk to you in person - they would also want to check that it was actually the custoner talking to! Another red flag re instruction go press button.

Passed call to her senior who wanted to “activate” the discount credit card and said needed to deposit £1.00 into my account to activate the account. Call centre Fraud, purporting to be from Sky regarding my internet connection, this time it was a sweet talking Asian girl who quite obviously hadn't been speaking English for too long, I interrupted her just a few words into her script and politely advised her that her English was not clear enough to be taken for a genuine Sky customer service adviser, where upon she said softly, OK Mr, and needless to say ended up feeling sorry for her.
