The second message which I received shortly thereafter was for another person. I am highly confident that this is a scam and recommend calling Lloyds bank on their actual telephone number which is 0345 300 0000

Call center: Indian sounding lady called me and asked for me by name. I asked why she was calling & she said again "Are you Mrs ****?" . I asked who wanted to know. She didn't say. Told her to hurry up as I was about to go out and she hung up. Other people have said this number is someone claiming to be from Domestic & General about an expired washing machine warranty.
