Indian sounding gentleman, claiming that my BT broadband was dropping in and out and recieving error codes, I explained I was with Sky broadband and my broadband was working just fine and they hung up.
Automated call, said failure to respond would result in charges against me, gave me a case number, seemed to be to do with national insurance, wanted me to press one. I hung up.

Queremos muito saber quem é a pessoa que ligou, ou pelo menos de onde é o número, pois estamos com medo que estejam usando o meu nome, e documentação de Londres para dar golpes, já que, eu nunca informei o número do meu marido para ninguém, apenas o meu, estamos achando essa ligação muito estranha. SCAM Had the name of the person who had my number a decade ago. Told me that person had given them this number when bought a washing machine in 2018. When I pointed this out they hung up so I could not find out the nature of the scam. But number could have been spoofed.
