Just had a call this morning from this number saying therey were from Virgin media and were calling because they were getting error messages from my router so they called to fix it. They wanted me to run some sort of Exe file. I called Virgin and they are not aware of this and said my router appears to be ok. Treat with extreme caution!

This landline from London area is used by call center working for non-profit organisations, mostly connected with Amnesty International, but can be used for different organisations - also reported as robocaller. Woke this morning to a missed call. Call was at 3.40am on a Sunday morning. I could tell it wasn't from the UK. Thank goodness I Google it before ringing back as it could have been a family member !!
Said it was HMRC and to ring them back to avoid further legal problems. When the message stopped I heard a distorted mans voice in the background slightly before it hung up.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 19169141xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with spam/telemarketing calls, sometimes from energy companies. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...
