Looked like a local number so I answered but the phone line was really bad and sounded like a foreign voice in a call centre from another country. He said he was a financial advisor, so I told him I wasn't interested and hung up.
When asked what company they worked for, they replied they were a department working for the uk government!! Suspicious from the start! Blocked.
