Finally answered & a lady called Lisa, was telling me that as I had never made a call out on my sky protection I was eligible for a saving to become a platinum Customer & Pay £150 for 3 years of protection instead of what I m currently paying. This number has been bothering me for a few weeks now and I ve ignored it - Answered it today and it was a company telling me they had been informed I ve been in a car accident that wasn t my fault.. Picked up the phone and waited, then got what sounded like a recorded voice saying "Hello, how are you?" Ignored it and left the phone off the hook until it disconnected.
