They are a legitimate company investigating package bank accounts before the year 2013. Their office is based in Leeds and they are NOT a scam. Their company is registered. Michael from Windows Customer Service (having an asian accent) called to say that someone from foreign countries are using my computer to send emails in which I ask for money. I found this suspicious as my computer in brand new, purchased last month and has original Windows. Also, Windows don't know my mobile number. This number has been calling me on my home phone continuously claiming to be from Sky TV. Indian sounding woman the first time and the other times from a man. When I answer the phone it takes a while for them to start speaking.
