Asked if I d been in an accident in past 3 years - I hung up

automatic voicemail stating my NIN has been compromised on the border with Wales (LOL), pressed 1 to speak with a person, he asked me for my details I refused, he said there will be legal actions taken if I won't cooperate. Told him I'm certainly not comfortable to give him any of my details so he hung up.
Not sure who this person is, but they keep calling me and asking for someone else - annoying!
