When I said I don't have... he spoke over me and said it doesn't matter who your provider is BT provides all the lines. I told I didn't have broadband and he said "you don't have a computer?" Pre-recorded automated message (apparently from BT –NOT) plays when you answer the phone. Advises that you have been experiencing problems with your broadband service, and in order to correct the problem, you must press number 1 (one) on your phone keypad to speak to their “executive”. Call received on Tuesday 25 August 2020 at 13:05.
