Called up and told me they were Scottish Power! they are not, they are a debt collectors. I even asked if he is an employee of scottish power and he confirmed he was! I had an outstanding bill which i have already set up a payment plan direct with the supplier which of course they knew nothing about and he refused to discuss it further with me until i give all my personal details and contact details. Told him to stop lying and refer back to Scottish Power. i will report them to trading standards

Call center. Very over familiar, unprofessional guy trying to sell life insurance. I hung up, couldn't face dealing with him!. It was the 4th call from same area, I had missed the other calls.

23 Nov 2021 - Silence at first, then a click and background call centre noise. An Asian person then said "Hello Maam, it's "Jacks from Carphone Warehouse. How are you today?" I said I wasn't interested and put the phone down, as I haven't had any dealings with Carphone Warehouse. I also suspect this isn't really Carphone Warehouse!Reply
