Amazon Prime scam. They say that they are going to charge your bank account for a Prime subscription. Family member put the phone down before they got any further. Suspect that had they been allowed to continued; they would say that they require your bank details to supposedly cancel the subscription.
SCAM
Another recorded message for boiler replacement, obviously changing phone numbers regularly, there should be a way to find out who has this number and report it.
