Part of a blitz of scammers I got yesterday, as I answered a call to 01642789849. I asked where did you get my number.ansa some financial directory.I asked which one.I got dial tone!I m sure it was a ppi scam, if I had let him get a word in edgewise. Today I get 10 of these calls, including this number.

Txt recvd saying my phone contract number is due for renewal 20 mins later get a call from same number, didn t answer. My contract is NOT due for renewal at all! Avoid these people at all costs!

Phoned me on 24th January 2017, the day after my previous scam call from another number. Rang at 9-08am. Woman caller claimed to be from my ISP regarding a problem with my route...

Had the same here today. Customer calling themselves Creative Chambers Ltd. Asked for a quote which was provided of £454. We requested payment upfront as its a new customer. Chased the customer as we couldn t see payment of that amount. They advised they paid 2k in error and said to hold off the order until we sort it out. All sounds fishy so I googled and came across this site with the same scam. We are lucky enough to not have shipped any goods or sent any refund. I can see why this is easy to fall
