Had this phone call several time apparently they have had documents passed to them claiming I've had an accident in past 3 years soon as I said I hadn't phone went dead
Called in a male voice (could have been recorded) said that he was driving a Jaguar and that I had cut him up and flipped the bird at him. Ended the phone call promptly.

It's fake as a 3 US dollar bill! They changed their phone id to "Lufthansa", as of I have any connection to flying to/from Germany.

It IS Sky and if you ask them they will openly state they got your number from a third party. IE, they bought it. Have you done a survey of ANY kind? If so that is how your number is passed to them. They will apologise and remove your number from their database if you request it.
