Really weird, rang and asked for my daughter whom banks with co-op. Left her a message asking her to call 08448448899 ASAP as there was a problem with her account. She rang them later and they had no record of anyone calling her nor was there any problem with her account.
must be a call centre... even though i'm registered on the list not to be called... how do they bypass... why isn't it enforced...

He called me a liar and told me to download some software to prove to him that I am not running Windows but a Gnu/Linux desktop. Fraud – non-specific bank claiming that money had been taken from one of our cards and had been transferred abroad. Checked all cards and no transactions matching the amount specified have been attempted to be taken from account. Didn’t press any buttons on phone and call just ended after a few seconds.
Two calls from this number today. First caller female, Scottish accent, asked for me by name and said she was calling from the Energy Advice Centre. I politely said I was not interested and hung up.
