We have recieved over 10 calls that have now become abusive. Reported to Microsoft, BT and the Police, have a crime reference number and they are set to follow-up with the Met.

They are in the business of selling insurance policies for the new appliance that you ve just ordered. Just say "No thanks" and keep saying "No Thanks".....they will get the message eventually.
