Wanted to give me a discount as I was a loyal customer. Then tried to get my bank details and debit card number to check that I was the correct customer. When I put the phone down a supervisor called me back and asked the same questions, when I said that they should know I didn t pay my bills by debit card and that I thought the call was a scam he cut the call.
