FRAUD and SCAM ¡¡BLOCK!! Text Message through WhatsApp Hi mum I got a new number you can save this number xx (+44 7405 490975) I checked with my son and he certainly didn’t send this message! I believe it is a scam so DO NOT ‘PHONE or ANSWER I’ve heard of messages like this before “to mum” & then they then ask you to put money into their account which is of course, is not your son’s account, but a scammers!

Useful and incisive callers, thought it was a scam but they were very patient and polite with me. Fixed my laptop after multiple resets, cost nothing an hopefully will stay fixed

SCAM Answered the phone but didn’t say anything. Heard a lot of people in the background and the person on the other line didn’t say anything, even after 20 secs. Most likely ringing about activating a trading account (BitProfit).

01383851660 Came up as a butcher's business from Dumferline but turned out to be a spam caller offering me 40% off a mobile phone.
Called and then hung up as soon as I answered. Doesn’t appear to be from anyone I’m expecting a call from. Number blocked

The caller who had a Chinese accent said they were calling from 3 Mobile to sell me a new i phone or Samsung mobile, or alternatively all inclusive minutes for £6.00 for a SIM only deal and asked me what I was spending each month now. I am with 3 Mobile so I didn't feel inclined to give them that information and hung up.

The number will ring you and cancel the call before you can pick up, if you call back it will fail, most likely using a number spoofer.
