I actually love these calls. I work in IT so know exactly what type of issues certain non PC literate people have and I pulled every one of them. Ala Homer Simpson; "Where s the Any Key" lol Last time they called, kept them on the phone for nearly 90mins trying to get them to reset my password to log in, then told them I couldn t get to the web page.
