Fraud, After very long pause they then said "we are calling from your provider". Told them not interested and hung up.

Saying they are a Tripadvisor area manager for cardiff
Life cover for over 50s of some sort. Friendly English guy on the end of the phone. Is it legit.... Not sure
Returning the call has a message that says "thank you for calling In Credit Management". They have no website and call from multiple different numbers, as such this is likely a scam. Block the number. If it was a genuine collection agency then they would at least have an internet presense and would not operate out of an oversees call centre.
