Called by someone who said they were calling from my mobile phone provider - he didn't know my name. I asked him who he thought my mobile provider was. He said Carphone Warehouse. I said that wasn't correct. He tried to argue, saying "Yes, but we look after your mobile network". I said that's not true...and he put the phone down.
