Fraud I would expect this to be a Fraud, possible a repeat of this scam https://www.itv.com/news/2016-04-27/new-0845-mobile-phone-scam-charges-customers-300-for-calls-they-dont-make . You answer the phone and a recorded message says. "your phone number has been verified, our customer service team will be in touch"
I got a call this morning from this number. A female with a Scottish accent asked to speak to Mr XXXX (There are no male adults living at this address). When I asked who was calling she said she was phoning about the heating system and when I probed further she said she was from Energy Resource . She obviously didn t like all my questions as she hung up after the next one!!

Rang today and left a message that a suspicious amount of £799 had been charged to our card attached to our Amazon account. Press 1 to respond. Didn't of course. Obviously a scam.

Blocked this number and have had 31 notifications since the beginning of March that this number has attempted to call me.
Called landline today 28.06.2021 at 15:06. No message left. Internet search confirms previous comment about energy efficiency.
Automated call, robot voice suggesting there is a £900 potential fraudulent payment going through via visa. Press 1 to report thi9s as fraud. I hung up and blocked. I dont have visa nor £900. Its a SCAM
