They keeping ringing but when it shows as missed call they never answer!

Back again, they phoned my mobile yesterday and today my landline. Local garage had my contact numbers 2 years ago when I bought a car. In the past has just been postal advertising. The number is in Runcorn so misrepresentation of fact! Answered the phone with what are you selling, told them not to phone again as I don t want to buy a car. Must be a call centre in Runcorn, annoyed that local garage has sold or is using contact details for reasons beyond the original sale!!!
Called today (31st July) - PPI claim company, told the Ethnic sounding male that I wasn't interested, he carried on speaking, told him to stop talking, he carried on ramber...
