called, asked for me by my married name which i rarely use - I asked if she was a friend and she said she was Olivia from the call prevention service. I said the person wasn t available so she hung up

When my father had been saying he was fed up with unwanted/nuisance phone calls he was initially pleased when he was called (out of the blue) by NCPS who offered to solve all his problems for a single cost of ?84.99! However for this cost he would have been getting no more than he is legally entitled to get for FREE through other sources.
