Got a phonecall that was a computer generated voice telling me that the caller was Emma McIntosh from Proficient Helpdesk. Emma then asked me about an accident that I had recently had, that wasn t my fault . When told that it was incorrect - she abruptly hung up. No apology for wasting my time, just a very rude woman. I don t know who she is or what she really wants, but I will find her and shit on her doorstep.

Recorded voice saying router fault and internet will be cut off in 4hrs. Press 1 to talk to ISP...which I did to try catch them out, but line dropped. Can t imagine reverse...
