This number is Leicester Housing also known as ASRA.Mine was a call from their contractor about a date to come and do some repairs.
Rang my landline today, no -one spoke and then hung up.

This phone number is from a group of people who point out about PPI return and they ask you to buy an Amazon gift card for the 10% of your return. Do not trust it. Is money laundry. The worst is that they are base in central London... Scary. Block them...
