unsolicited call from this number, accented english type voice, "hello, good afternoon, I am calling you from the windows technical department .........." I told him a few truths in dirty english and hung up. had these calls for more than 5 years though not from a "local" number before. I remember once talking to a friend in usa on skype and he got a phone call ~ he asked me to wait a minute and I heard him in the background ... "what my computer is calling you for help?" LOL scamming bar stewards.
