Like a number of others on this site I got a automated message saying my card has been used and asking me to contact them. Phoned Lloyds Bank using the number on the back of the card. They said that the number is not Lloyds. Why is this number still in use? It has been used for a number of years as posing to be a Lloyds Bank number - why can t it be closed and the owners traced?
