DEFINITE SCAM - called suggesting to be from utlilitywise (who I organise my utilities through) but couldn t say which building it was regarding, something they would definitely know! After I kept asking which building it was for they said sorry, bye and hung up. Called had Indian accent and asked for the manager of the business - the company who they were claiming to be from know who is the manager and every call I have had from them has been from a UK call centre. Officer Karen Read message - this is a scam as the voice is an automated, robotic voice so not even a real person. Urging me to call them back on their hotline number but they have not even confirmed who they are calling.
