PPI automated press 5 to discuss your PPI claim . I doubt that the San Antonio/Texas number on my phone was geniune and, probably a spoof. I guess all these PPI calls will stop, once the banks stop paying out.
Definitely a fraudulent call. Automated voice saying they tried to send papers that were returned and now I face arrest unless I press 1. No idea what company or what for lol. I haven’t missed any payments on anything!

SCAM
Pretending to be from BT Openreach and they claimed they were getting error connections and wanted to check my router connections. When I questioned the originality of the call they immediately terminated the call.
Didn't leave their name or any message on the answering machine. I got their number by dialling 1471 on the land line.

Very mumbled message saying from Western Union saying that a large sum , either £400 or £4000 had been taken from my visa account, and to go on to speak to someone by pressing a single digit number, Did not do this a seems odd, and probably a scam. Annoying but probably dangerous.
