After he rattled on for a while I asked him for the name of our lawyer , Oh I didn't know your lawyer was dealing with it.. so I said, I know and good day.... no malice ,just a nuisance...Reply

I received a phone call from +44 20 8097 5643 claiming I recently responded to a social media ad (I didn't). The scam company is 'Apollo.Expect' their website is https://apollo.expert/ and the caller claimed they were based in oxford and major cities across Europe. There is nothing online about the company so I immediately knew it was a scam. After reminding them they are in breach of GDPR the call immediately ended.
SCAM / SPAM Someone claiming to be from HMRC stating that if I didn’t press “1” I’d be arrested shortly

How do BT allow such a number to be allocated for fraudulent purposes. Why does barclaycard not find out who these scammers are and with whatever part of government that can, prosecute the offenders?
