Obviously from a foreign call centre, their grasp of English was so poor I didn't have a clue what they were talking about, I think it was something to do with Mobile phones, however ten minutes before I did have another foreign chap enquiring about the accident I have had, which strangely enough I don't recall having, so basically irritating people calling about nothing of interest.

Got a call the other day from this number claiming that my details have been highlighted by their system as a possible candidate for the gov debt help scheme. As soon as I said no thank you he became quite irate and muttered something before slamming the phone down.
