The caller informed me that he was calling from EDF and that there was a technical problem with my meter. When I challenged him, he hung up.
SCAM silent call then hung up. They are testing numbers to see which are active before adding them to an autodialler.

Asked me for personal details like date of birth and other things to pass their security, to which I promptly refused as they had called me out of the blue. Told them to write to me explaining why they needed to speak to me about this personal matter . Two weeks have past and there s been no letter, just more messages left on my answerphone. Looked on their website, it says they usually send out a letter before contacting by phone, does that make my case, unusual , I don t owe anyone money, I wondering

SCAM number called me at 15:28 today, The automated message states: “This call is in regards to your National Insurance number. Ignoring this final warning may lead you to legal troubles. The reason behind this phone call is to inform you that your National Insurance number will be terminated due to some unethical financial transactions.” The recording then asks the recipient to “please press ‘1’ to get more details.” Which of course I did not

17 Nov 2021 - I get numerous calls each week and sometimes more than once in a day, always asking me about my credit card machine!! I dont even have a credit card machine, but cant get these people to stop calling me! Reply
