Claimed to be on behalf of BT trying to switch my broadband to a "better deal". If this was on behalf of BT ... 1) You would have the correct bill payer s details, not be asking for someone who NEVER was on the billing, and died over 15 years ago. 2) You wouldn t be claiming that by bundling my existing broadband into a BT package I could keep my existing broadband IP address/services/webspace with a third party supplier 3) You d have some clue who my ISP was without having to ask me. 4) You d know
