A female voice told me lies and did not declare her identity.

Trying to talk about bitcoin company scamming me - kept asking for personal details about cryptocurrency investments. Felt like a scam and they phone a lot.
Called claiming to be from EE and offering me a deal with my contract. I'm not with EE. Claimed he knew I was with O2 (I'm not). Phishing scam.
SCAM Told me they were from Virgin media and that they had notifications on their system of bad Internet connectivity asked how many devices I had and then wanted me to go on a PC or laptop to authorise them onto said computer so they could show me what was wrong ????? Not once was I asked for my account details or if I was the account holder
Phone rang but was a quiet call after a few seconds phone call ended

couldn't hear her properly but said name of company was something about "business energy" we seem to get hoardes of these calls at the moment and our office don't deal with the energy contract at all the broker does and our provider knows the right person to contact so I just hung up
