this is a business line of some sort... keeps repeatedly saying 'Call important , Please stay on line transfer to next agent' and then cuts off !!... after five minut...

After reading the above comments I called Indesit engineers on 03448224224 - existing repair - talk to operator and made an appointment for them to come out and repair my tumbler. If not for the call, which I couldn t hear or understand, I would not have proceeded. It all worked out well for me.
