Someone called Katey rang. She claimed she was calling from a company called Switch safer. She asked if my gas appliances were insured. I told her she was breaking the law by phoning me, as I was a member of TPS (telephone preference service. She said she had a filtering device that filtered out TPS members. She then asked if I had paid a £5 to TPS, because If I had not, she was within the law to phone me. TPS later told me that this was rubbish. There is no £5 charge. They are now taking legal action and
