Claimed to be BT, but just another inbred infidel scamming scumbag phoning from the Indian sub-continent. It is about time ISP's stopped allowing this, and the EU should change their privacy Reg's so everyone know who these scumbags are.
Claimed to be from "Alba Services", saying that "money has been allocated" for improving energy efficiency in homes. Told me that they got the phone number from a "homeowner database" but wouldn t give any further info. It must be a crap database as this is a newsagents shop.... Chancing scammers.

I was given this number by a company claiming that I am having financial trouble and that I may have applied for a loan the number of this company is 01279276045, I told them that I didnt have any loans or applied for any and am not in financial trouble they gave me the number 01613517617 when I rang it. It said no number existed
