This number keeps calling me but they don't speak, they just put the phone down. Barred the number.
I was phoned by an 02920 (Cardiff) landline number and they said they were an organisation called Motorpal who can save you money on car servicing. Offered to send a £10 voucher off petrol and a £20 rebate off a car service I d already had as an introductory offer. The guy I spoke to (Elliott) sounded really plausible, and when I expressed doubts his supervisor came on the line and she also sounded quite genuine.
