I could be wrong but it sounded like some sort of market research. It claimed to be from the college but I have doubts, Deffinately did not come from Inverness even though it had an Inverness number. At one point he asked if I was in Inverness, then he asked what country that is saying, "Is it in England?" Another user returned it and it was just the graduate survey. Perhaps they have software to disguise the number. I would be wary about receiving calls from this number.

This caller claimed I d had an accident and asked if I d been compensated.
We have received repeated unsolicited calls from this number which appears call centre pretending to be the TPS (Telephone Preference Service) in order to sell fake call-blocking devices. They have NO connection with the real TPS that we can find - they appear to be scammers.
