They call and hang up - then when you call them their opening line is "Are you responding to a missed call" Not even a hello - obviously their business model requires curiosity of the caller to find out who called, then they try to trap you into getting a boiler and loft insulation that are apparently part of the greendeals fund run by the government - you can do this yourself without someone taking a cut if you really want. Just another PPI type firm.

Eventually admitted it was for PPI when I pressed them with my questions. They hung up on me when I said I was owed nothing

message saying my Bt line is corrupted and to press button 1....however i am NOT with Bt ...needlessly to say I didn't press botton 1..

were told they re HMRC because an arrest warrant has been served on our name. They didn t use our name. Told to press 1 to talk to our case officer .
