Standard PPI stuff, knew my name and called my mobile though which was concerning. Told them I was not interested and the girl did end the call amicably. Blocked the number on my phone now.

I was contacted from the above number area code for coppull in lancashire when I live in norfolk, but could not reply on trying to call them there was a message to leave my name and tel number.Surely this is another8 scam

SCAM Tel No. 07824378626 used to identify a hoax call from Amazon about a £300 odd payment. Similar calls received from other 07... numbers in recent weeks. These calls always follow on from use of Amazon for on-line purchases. This suggests that account activities with Amazon are not properly secure and that scammers monitor recent activity.
