If they can't be bothered to have a person talk to you, then why bother to make the flaming call in the first place. Male operative with accented English telephoned and said that he was from BT Internet services. Apparently our IP address has been compromised and hackers are able to view everything that we send from our devices. When I challenged him and said that I would phone BT myself, he put the phone down.
