Fraud This is a scam artist who will try to persuade you, via Whats App, that they are a son/daughter who has dropped their phone in water and that this is their new number....and that they can't access online banking for 24 hours and need to make an urgent payment and they will pay you back tomorrow. Called today saying I had been flagged by the national accident database following a minor bump in Dunfermline. I haven't been in any kind of car accident or claim for a long number of years. They then tried to claim it was somebody else at the same address (but I live alone), and then maybe somebody had put me down as a reference (which they haven't). Told I would be removed from their system.
