Sensing this was a scam, I persisted in asking for a name (none was given apart from windows , and an explanation of what the error code was that he was claiming to get from my computer. Indian sounding lady saying she represented a company, who name I couldn't de-cypher. After being asked to repeat the company name twice I was told to "Get lost". I got the feeling the company name was being rushed through so that you made a wrong assumption and continued the call
