SCAM - caller claimed to be from Virgin Media. I couldn’t be bothered to string them along like I usually do; instead, I just blew my emergency whistle into the microphone.
Has rung me a few times, never answer it but the phone rings, and rings and rings. Not sure if this is connected to this particular number or not - but also makes my phone freeze so I cannot cancel/dismiss the call. Need to turn it off to make it go away.

Yes they are trying to sell their wines and usually because you have purchased from them in the past under one of their trading names, which allows them to as they are not a cold call. Either tell them to remove you from their list and/or just block the number on your phone.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1916719xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI, car accident claims, insurance marketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...
