MY answer phone intercepted a call from this number today. Apparently thee is a law suit filed against me and to press 1 to speak to my case officer. Clearly a scam which could alarm some folk.
SCAM / SPAM someone claiming to be based in Hammersmith trying to sell crypto investments, allegedly. I let him talk for a bit before asking for his company's Financial Conduct Authority registration number at which point he got very nervous and said "once you have agreed to go ahead, we have people that can provide you with information." The end of the message was a threat that if I don't they will contact authorities. I just want to let you all know , that HMRC will never call you- they will ALWAY send you a letter. It is a SACM.
