This number, 01675 594730, claims to be a company called 'Motor Assist', they do not ring for long & don't leave a message but when you ring it back its a recorded message with a man with a Scottish accent - saying the usual 'leave your name & number, & one of our Agents will call you back'. This caller said they were from the National Insurance and that I’d been scammed and I needed to press 1 to return the call to stop them taking legal action against me!! I hung up !!

I never get these kinds of calls. But I had this number calling me today and yesterday (2 & 3 June 2020) with a recorded message claiming to be from BT and informing you that your internet will be cut off in 24 hours due to suspicious activity on your account. On the 3rd time they called, I actually pressed "1" to "speak to a consultant" and asked them to remove my number from their list. They then just hung up on me. Hopefully that will be the last of that! :-)
