He offered to renew my van insurance, at a lower cost. My van insurance was not due for renewal yet he had a lot of details about me. However the van he had me as owning was from over 5 years ago, so I guess this is some old hacked database and then a scam to get your money. This guy said he was from vancompare who I have actually used before. Quite confusing but almost certainly a scam. The guy was South African

Lame sales call, claiming to work with BT Openreach. Considering that Openreach hasn t been called "BT Openreach" for several years, BT divested the company in March 2017. So, lame start to sales call. Then claims to save money on broadband and phone, I think we have all heard these claims.

had a call about us having a voucher from the company re new windows. When told we were not interested and rang off, they rang again about five minutes later and requested coming to visit us. Was told we did not want a visit, they were to post the voucher to us.

Again, was totally duped and lost ?279 through these scum. I have reported them to the fraud squad along with emailing my bank to see if I can get the money back through them as I too, borrowed money to do this. It gives you a link to click on, pretending to be Royal Mail. Why would anyone click on an unknown link, it is defo not Royal Mail, I checked with them.

Had a call from them today, I could here them in the background but would not speak to me, all I heard was them having a conversation about a client & the language they used could not be repeated on-line so my advise is beware
